Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee
Senator John Hines and Representative Tom Lockhart, Co-chairmen of the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:
December 12 and 13, 2013

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following: a statewide plan and schedule for abandoned and orphaned wells, reclamation and bonding; flaring; groundwater baseline monitoring; the Atomic Energy Act Agreement State Feasibility Study; landfill remediation and closure/transfer programs; regional haze; the School of Energy Resource; 2013-14 CREG report; reports by the Wyoming Business Council, including several programmatic updates; Moneta Divide; update from the Select Federal Natural Resource Management Committee; update from the Aeronautics Division of the Wyoming Department of Transportation; draft legislation; and other issues.
