Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Fremont County from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 in honor of former State Senator Mike who passed away November 30, 2012 in Riverton. Senator Sviler represented Fremont County in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1965-1966 and the Wyoming State Senate from 1967-1969.
