Governor emphasises Wyoming Flag be Flown at Half Staff at the Capitol and in Albany County on Saturday, Sept. 26
CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Governor Mark Gordon extends existing flag honors to include James A. Boucher, O.D., M.S. at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Albany County from sunrise to sunset on Sept. 26, 2020. Dr. Boucher served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1975 – 1976 representing Albany County. He passed away September 20, 2020.
Both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags are currently flown at half staff in honor of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Please note that this notice is only for the Wyoming State Flag and only at two locations in the state - at the Capitol Building and in Albany County.
