New Utility Rates Effective May 1
New utility rates for City of Gillette customers will go into effect on May 1, 2025. The new rates are part of a three-year plan adopted in 2023 to maintain infrastructure and level of service given the rising costs of labor, equipment and materials.
While actual impacts to individual customers will vary based on the type of customer and their usage levels, increases for the typical residential user are estimated to be 4.0%, or approximately an additional $9.27 per month.
