The Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has approved the coal mine permit renewal submitted by Kemmerer Operations LLC PT0379.  The application was approved with conditions.  For information concerning the conditions please contact the Land Quality Division District office located at 510 Meadowview Dr., Lander WY 82520, phone no.307-332-3047 or the Cheyenne office at 200 W 17^th St., Cheyenne WY 82001 , phone no.307-777-7756.
