Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) received an amendment request from Pacific Soda, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Dry Creek Trona Project (Project) in Sweetwater County, to change the date of construction commencement from on or before December 31, 2026, to on or before December 31, 2027. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 20-08 in the Casper Star Tribunal on July 25 and August 8, 2026 and posted on the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality website on July 21, 2026.
The public may review a copy of the approved amendment at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
