Notice of errata is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request from Enbridge Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar Project (Project) in Laramie County, to update the language of Condition #15 of the permit.
The request to change the language of Condition #15 would allow the Permittees to post bonds for each phase of the Project rather than a single bond for the entire Project. All four entities have posted a bond with the Department of Environmental Quality prior to the start of construction.
This matter will be heard by the Industrial Siting Council during its third quarter meeting that is scheduled to occur on September 2, 2026, at a time to be determined by the Council on September 1, 2026 during the permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project. Permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project and the third quarterly meeting will be held at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007.
