THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN PERSON ONLY, on September 2, 2026, at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007. The meeting will begin at a time to be determined by the Council on September 1, 2026, during the permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project. Permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project and the third quarterly meeting will be held at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007.
