Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) received an amendment request from Enbridge Inc. (Permittee) regarding the Cowboy Solar Project (Project) in Laramie County, to change the date of construction commencement from on or before the second quarter of 2026 to on or before July 31, 2026. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 23-03 in the Casper Star Tribunal on June 30 and July 14, 2026, the Wyoming Tribune Eagle on July 1 and 15, 2026 and posted on the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality website on June 24, 2026.
The public may review a copy of the approved amendment at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
