Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) received a request from DUTC bn, LLC (Permittee) to modify the site boundary of the Dutchman Renewable Power Project.
The Division staff reviewed the request. DUTC bn, LLC is requesting to change the project boundary of the Dutchman Renewable Power Project by removing a portion of land within the project site, so it may be used as a separate project site for an undisclosed facility in the future. The Division finds this modification will not significantly add to adverse environmental, social and economic impact in the impacted area.
Pursuant to Condition #11, the Director may authorize proposed changes so long as no party or Councilmember requests that the matter be heard before the Council during its third quarterly meeting on September 2, 2026, at a time to be determined by the Council on September 1, 2026 during the permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project. Permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project and the third quarterly meeting will be held at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007.
At this time, it is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or after August 10, 2026, unless the Division receives a request that the matter be heard before that date. If the Division receives a request to be heard by the Council, this matter will be heard at the Industrial Siting Council third quarterly meeting on September 2, 2026.
