Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) the Division submitted an administrative request to the Industrial Siting Council to reconcile the Impact Assistance Payment Schedule to the construction schedule of the above captioned project. Specifically, the Division requested that all remaining Impact Assistance Payment distributions be released.
All parties to the permit were notified of the request for amendment by certified mail, returned receipt. The request to amend the permit was publicly noticed in the Casper Star Tribunal on May 26 and 28, 2026 and a courtesy public notice was posted on the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality website on May 20, 2026.
A Councilmember requested that this matter be heard before the Industrial Siting Council (Council). The Industrial Siting Council authorized the requested amendment to the Impact Assistance Payment Schedule to allow all remaining impact assistance funds associated with the project to be released, at its second quarterly meeting on May 29, 2026.
