Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) received an amendment request from DUTC bn, LLC (Permittee) regarding the Dutchman Renewable Power Project (Project) in Converse County. The Permittee requested to amend the start of construction from March 2026 to on or before fourth quarter 2027.
Pursuant to Condition #11, the Director may authorize proposed changes so long as no party or Council Member requests that the matter be heard before the Council during its third quarterly meeting on September 2, 2026, at a time to be determined by the Council on September 1, 2026 during the permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project. Permit proceedings for the Laramie Range Wind Project and the third quarterly meeting will be held at Laramie County Community College in the ANB Bank Leadership Center, located in the Clay Pathfinder Building, 1400 E. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82007.
At this time, it is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or after July 16, 2026, unless the Division receives a request that the matter be heard before that date. If the Division receives a request to be heard by the Council, this matter will be heard at the meeting on September 2, 2026.
