The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program regulates certain discharges of pollutants into groundwaters of the state. Operators of these discharges are required to receive coverage under a UIC permit. The purpose of this notification is to inform the public that the UIC Program is proposing the renewal of a permit (UIC-2012-0075v2.0) for the Meadow View Trailer Park Class V Subsurface Distribution System. The permit applicant is Toni Patterson, Meadow View Trailer Park, 700 Kimball St, #11, Douglas, WY 82633. The Meadow View Park Leachfield is located in the NW ¼ NW ¼ , Section 21, Township 32 North, Range 71 West, at 30 Irvine Rd., Douglas, WY 82633 in Converse County.
The public comment period begins June 16, 2026, and ends July 16, 2026. Electronic copies of the proposed permit and relevant application materials are available for review.
During the 30-day public comment period, any interested person may submit written comments on the proposed permit and may request a public hearing be held. Electronic comments may only be submitted through and accepted by the WDEQ comment portal provided at http://wq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com.
Requests for public hearings on permit applications or modifications must be made in writing to the administrator and shall state the reasons for the request. Requests for public hearings on permit issuance, denial, revocation, termination, or any other department action appealable to the Council, shall be made in writing to the Chairman of the Environmental Quality Council (Chairman, Wyoming Environmental Quality Council, 2300 Capitol Ave., Hathaway Bldg. 1st, Room 136, Cheyenne, WY 82002) and the WDEQ Director (Director, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, 200 West 17th Street, 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82002) and state the grounds for the request. The Council shall hold hearings pursuant to the WDEQ Rules of Practice and Procedure.
All written comments and requests received prior to 5:00 P.M, July 16, 2026, in the Cheyenne office will be considered. Electronic comments may be submitted to the link identified above.
