Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division (Division) has submitted an administrative request to reconcile the Impact Assistance Payment Schedule to the construction schedule of the above captioned project.
At this time, the Division offers the Industrial Siting Council an opportunity to hear this matter during its second quarterly meeting at 9:00 am, on May 29, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Department of Workforce Services Building, Gannett Peak and Grand Teton rooms, 5221 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009.
The public may review a copy of the administrative request at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
