Public Notice: June 30, 2026, Water and Waste Advisory Board Meeting

The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on June 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. virtually via Zoom and in person at the Herschler Building Conference Room W053, 122 W 25th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001, to consider revisions to Water Quality Rules, Chapter 1, Wyoming Surface Water Quality Standards; and Chapter 14, Financial Assurance Requirements (for Commercial Oil Field Waste Disposal Facilities). The proposed Chapter 1 revisions incorporate the recreational designated use change, as determined from the Upper Lander Creek Recreation Use Attainability Analysis. The proposed Chapter 14 revisions (1) add a new paragraph to clarify the reporting deadline for corrective action financial assurance; (2) update cross-references; and (3) update formatting throughout the chapter.
