Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on January 27, 2026 from US SFR Owner, LLC regarding the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee is requesting a change to the construction schedule of the above captioned project.
Pursuant to Condition #11, the Director may authorize proposed changes so long as no party or Council Member requests that the matter be heard before the Council during its first quarter meeting at 9:00 am, on March 24, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Department of Workforce Services Building, Gannett Peak and Grand Teton rooms, 5221 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009.
At this time, it is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or after March 2, 2026, unless the Division receives a request that these matters be heard by the Council before that date. If the Division receives a request to be heard by the Council, this matter will be heard at the meeting on March 24, 2026.
