The Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on February 19, 2025 from Citrine Solar (Permittee) regarding the Lincoln Solar Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee is requesting a change to the expected schedule to commence construction of the captioned project. Notice is hereby given that the public may review a copy of the amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online by clicking on the following link: https://deq.wyoming.gov/industrial-siting-2/council/ . Then click on the green button that says Applications and Permits. Then select the 2020-10 Lincoln Solar folder.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 20-10. It is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or before March 7, 2025.
