Harold and Lisa Albright of 4619 US Hwy 26 have filed a small mining permit application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of gravel in Fremont County, Wyoming. The area is approximately 8 miles west of Dubois, Wyoming near the junction of US Hwy 26 and Union Pass Road. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or Lander Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.
