Notice of Appearance Before the Industrial Siting Council

Notice is hereby given that ConnectGen Albany County LLC, will come before the Industrial Siting Council on November 28, 2023, virtually, to demonstrate compliance with Special Condition #29 of DEQ/ISD Permit 20-09.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until all items on the agenda have been addressed.
