Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on June 5, 2023, from Rock Creek Wind II, LLC (Permittee) regarding a modification to this permit related to the Roundhouse Wind Energy Project as follows:
- The Permittee is requesting that commercial operation be delayed until September, 2025 from December, 2024.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 21-07. The Division will accept public comment until 5:00 PM on August 11, 2023. The Director may authorize proposed changes so long as no party or Council Member requests that the matter be heard before the Council. It is the Director’s intention to authorize the change on or after August 14, 2023, if the Division does not hear from the parties or the Council members. The public may review a copy of the requested amendment at the office of the Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, WY or online at:
