Fee Increases for Storage Tank Program Installation/Modification Inspections and for Aboveground Storage Tanks That Hold 5,000 Gallons or Less
On April 6, 2021, Governor Gordon signed HB0049, “State Agency Fee Revisions.” HB0049 increases the fees for multiple State programs, including certain fees within the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Storage Tank Program (STP), effective July 1, 2021.
The installation/modification inspection fee that the STP charges will increase from $250.00 to $500.00, effective July 1, 2021. The annual fee will be $200.00 per year for all tanks, regardless of capacity, for the tank fees that will be due on January 1, 2022.
