EDITING YOUR ACCESS FOR ELLS TESTING SCHEDULE

Update Testing Schedules as Changes Occur

There are two options to edit an ACCESS testing schedule after completing 2021-2022 ACCESS for ELLs Testing Schedule Survey Form. 

  • Option 1 is the preferred option. After completing the Google Form, the submitter receives an email from Google Forms (From:receipt-noreply@google.com). To edit your previous response, open the email and click on the “Edit response.”
  • Option 2 is reserved for submitters who do not have the email from Google Forms. Submitters may notify the EL Consultant, Antoinette Hallam, through email. A link will be sent to make suggested edits on the Google Sheet where responses were collected.

WY-ALT TA TRAINING

Registration Reminders will be Emailed 

  • All WY-ALT Test Administrators (TA) are required to complete training prior to test administration.
  • Emails will be sent one week prior to the registered training events, scheduled for January 31 and February 1, 2022.
  • Emails will include session date, time, and GoToMeeting link.

UPDATED BRAILLE SURVEY INFORMATION

For students enrolled after October 1, 2021 who use Braille, districts must provide the following information to Michelle Carroll by January 28, 2022. This will ensure the correct materials will be provided for the WY-TOPP administration.

Include this information in your email:

  • The student’s WISER ID.
  • The type of Braille Code used.
  • How the student will be tested (Paper (pre-order) or Online (Braille Embosser and Refreshable Braille Display)).

VALUE OF WORKKEYS WEBINAR

3 p.m. on January 25, 2022

Participants will be presented with an overview of three core WorkKeys assessments, the skills needed for each Level Score, the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) and how to use it, the value of Qualification Letters, and how students can access and explore careers using the occupational profile database.

  • There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation.

  • On-demand training webinars are available for online and paper test administrations.
  • The spring WorkKeys administration window is April 18-29, 2022.
