Summer 2021

Meet Our New Perkins Grant Manager

MaryB

Mary Billiter: I’m the new CTE Perkins Consultant joining Dr. Michelle Aldrich’s team at the Wyoming Department of Education. My teaching career began in early elementary education in Southern California and has continued in Wyoming, where I earned my Master’s degree in Education from the University of Wyoming. Go Pokes!

At night, I teach writing courses through Laramie County Community College and my days are spent with my youngest son, Super Cooper. I’m a mom of multiples (identical twins Austin and Kyle, now 24) and a beautiful daughter, Ciara or CC, who’s studying at MSU Bozeman. I’ve survived 16 winters in Wyoming, which is pretty impressive for a California transplant. I surf, badly ski, and love to hike in wild, beautiful, romantic Wyoming.
