REMINDER: LEXILE 101 WEBINAR SESSION

The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) will co-host a series of webinars with MetaMetrics on Lexile and Quantile Scores. These sessions are designed for K-12 administrators and educators. No registration is required, use this Zoom Link for Lexiles 101 to join.

Lexiles 101  - This introductory session helps lay the foundation for use of Lexile measures at the classroom level and will cover the following topics:

  • What is the Lexile Framework for Reading?
  • What are Lexile measures for students and what are Lexile measures for text?
  • Where are you receiving the measures?
  • What are the benefits of using the Lexile Framework for Reading?
  • Where are Lexile tools and resources available and how do you use them to guide instruction?
