WYOMING ASSESSMENT PORTAL SURVEY

Cambium WY-ALT WY-TOPP

Cambium Assessment Inc. will evaluate the functionality and use of the Wyoming Assessment portal, and would like to collect input from all field users. Cambium wants to know what is working well, and what can be improved on the portal. Cambium welcomes all feedback.

Provide your feedback by accessing the survey here. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Submit responses no later than June 30. Cambium seeks participation from district assessment coordinators, building assessment coordinators, test administrators, teachers, proctors, parents, and students.

WIDA AMS PLANNED OUTAGE

A DRC planned system outage affecting WIDA AMS will take place from 10 p.m. MDT on Saturday, June 27 to 10 a.m. MDT on Sunday, June 28.

Users will not have access to AMS during this time, so should plan accordingly. WIDA and DRC apologize for any inconvenience caused by this routine maintenance.

WIDA AMS JUNE UPDATES

DRC will make the following changes and updates to WIDA AMS during the month of June:  

  • Permissions and certifications for the 2020-21 WIDA Screener Administration will be assigned to existing users between June 8 and 23. 
  • The 2020-21 WIDA Screener Administration in AMS will open the morning of June 26.  
  • When the new administration opens, the 2019-20 Screener administration will change to read-only. All Speaking and Writing responses must be scored prior to June 25.  
  • On June 26, users will see an updated WIDA AMS login page and primary navigation features, a new interface for Central Office Services, and enhancements to Site Selection. A recording of a Q&A Webinar on these changes can be found in the Secure Portal Download Library.
  • DRC will be removing outdated TSM configuration information during the month of June. No actions associated with this change are required by SEAs, LEAs, or Technology Coordinators.

  • September 1–October 23: WY-TOPP Fall Interim (off-grade and on-grade).
  • September 22, October 6 & 20: State Fall ACT Test Dates for 2019-20 Juniors.
