ACCESS FOR ELLs TEST MATERIALS

The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) has received a missing test materials report for the 2019-20 ACCESS for ELLs test administration. Districts listed on the report will be notified of the school name and a description of the missing materials. Districts must return the materials to the Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) and notify the WDE when this has been completed.

WIDA AMS PLANNED OUTAGE

A planned system outage affecting WIDA AMS will take place from 10 p.m. MDT on Saturday, May 30, to 10 a.m. MDT on Sunday, May 31.

Users will not have access to AMS during this time, so users should plan accordingly. 

CALL FOR EDUCATORS: WY-ALT ITEM REVIEW COMMITTEE APPLICATION

Deadline to Apply: May 29, 2020

Wyoming educators interested in participating in the WY-ALT Content Alignment Review Committee meeting being held virtually the week of June 23, 2020 may submit this application. All participants must attend a training session from 8:30-9:30 a.m. MDT on June 22, 2020. Selected committee members will be eligible for an honorarium that will be paid after committee meetings have taken place. All applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. on May 29, 2020, will be considered.

Cambium Assessment will release support updates for the Secure Browser to the following operating systems:

Adding supports for School Year 2020-21:

  • Chrome: OS 84 and above.
  • Chrome: Mobile Secure Browser 7.0 in June 2020 (rebranding from AIRSecureTest to Secure Test).
    • Note: this browser will stop functioning in June 2021.
  • Chrome: Mobile Secure Browser 8.0 in October 2020 (Progressive Web App).
  • iOS and iPadOS: iPadOS14.
  • iOS and iPadOS: Mobile Safari 14.
  • iOS and iPadOS: Mobile Secure Browser 6.0 (rebranding from AIRSecureTest to Secure Test).
  • Linux: Fedora 31.
  • Linux: Secure Browser 12.5.
  • macOS: 10.16.
  • macOS: Secure Browser 12.5.
  • macOS: Secure Browser 13 in October 2020.
  • Windows: Windows 10 and Windows 10 in S Mode, Build 2004.
  • Windows: Secure Browser 12.5.
  • Windows: JAWS 2021.

No longer supported after July 2020:
