Spring K-2 Interims; All Modulars
Due to school building closures for the pandemic, the WDE has suspended and canceled all WY-TOPP testing for the remainder of the school year. This includes all Modular assessments and the Spring K-2 Interims slated to start mid-April.

Outstanding WDE684 Errors in Districts
On March 24, communication about WDE684 errors was sent to districts. Error reports were created because information provided by districts was not accurate and must be corrected. If an error was not corrected, districts received a second email on April 7 and must correct the error ASAP. This data collection is required by the US Department of Justice to identify and assess a student’s English Language Proficiency (ELP) and determine whether they are eligible for language assistance services.

Maintenance on April 24-26
The WIDA Secure Portal will undergo required maintenance starting at 4:00 p.m. MT on Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26, 2020. During this time, the Secure Portal, including the WIDA eLearning Center, will be inaccessible.
