May 13, 2016 | WDE Assessment Updates | Volume 4, Issue 17
Wyoming schools that tested with WorkKeys paper materials this year will be receiving an email on or about May 20 with User ID and Password information. This will allow test coordinators to log into a website where they will be able to retrieve electronic copies (PDFs) of their students’ WorkKeys score reports, once they have been posted. A second email will be sent on May 24 that will notify the test coordinators that the PDFs are available for retrieval. Test coordinators will have 10 calendar days to download the reports from the website. The second email will also provide a Site ID and PN as well as a link to the site where the score reports can be accessed. All test coordinators who had students that took the WorkKeys test with paper materials during the State WorkKeys testing window, should be looking for these emails. If there are questions about this process, please contact ACT WorkKeys Customer Service at: 800/967-5539.

To ensure that students meet their college application/class placement deadlines, please be sure that they have a printed copy of their scores before leaving your testing facility. Although the Department has accommodated summer score requests in the past, summer travel workshops and events may limit our ability to provide COMPASS results quickly. Also, please note, next fall will be the last administration opportunity for this assessment as ACT will no longer be providing it.
Please contact the Assessment office with any questions or concerns, 307-777-2906.
