Updated City Hall Holiday Schedule
UPDATE: Martinsburg City Hall and administrative offices will be closed at noon on Wednesday in accordance with a Nov. 21, 2023 proclamation issued by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice declaring a half-day holiday for public employees. Offices will remain closed for Thanksgiving Day and on Friday, Nov. 24.
Offices will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, Nov. 27.
Thursday and Friday’s garbage will still be collected tomorrow (Wednesday), Nov. 22 along with recycling.
