First Lady: And I’m First Lady Kathy Evers.
Governor: We wanted to take a moment today to wish each of you a happy Thanksgiving...
First Lady: And to reflect on all the things we’re thankful for this year.
Governor: Kathy and I have a lot to be grateful for, including you!
First Lady: We’re also thankful for our kids, grandkids, siblings, and our good health.
Governor: We’re thankful for 51 years of marriage together.
First Lady: And for our friends, including our pickleball crew, and for UW Badger Sports, especially UW Volleyball.
Governor: Finally, we’re thankful for our staff, our service members and guard members, and state employees, who work hard each and every day to serve Wisconsinites and our state.
First Lady: However you’re celebrating, we hope you’re healthy, safe, and enjoying the holiday season.
Governor: And to enjoy your time gathering with loved ones and friends...
First Lady: And hopefully, eating some good food, too.
Governor: So, with that, from our family to yours:
Governor and First Lady: Happy Thanksgiving, Wisconsin!
