Navigate the Technical Specifications with updated FAQs, Report Completion Guides, and more
To support the 2026-2028 Technical Specification updates, we've recently published several new and updated resources on the DVR Service Provider webpages to make it easier to find guidance, complete reports, and stay up to date with current requirements.

Updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

FAQs have been reviewed and updated to reflect current policy, Technical Specification changes, and common questions received, including the addition of several new FAQs.
New Report Completion Guides
- Report Completion Guides are now available for several of the most commonly used DVR Statewide Service reports.
- These guides provide field-by-field instructions, tips, reminders, and examples to support accurate, consistent, and complete report submission.
- Guides can be accessed directly from each report's Forms repository page and are also linked directly from the Guidance & Tools page for convenient access.
Refreshed Guidance & Tools Page
- The Guidance & Tools section of the Technical Specifications has been reorganized to better group related resources and improve navigation.
- Many commonly used references, guidance documents, and report resources can now be found in one central location.
- Looking for something that used to be on this page? Some links have been removed because they are already available elsewhere, such as the Resources/Links tab on the provider home page or the Provider Trainings & Related Resources
Coming Soon
We're continuing to expand the resources available to providers. In the coming weeks, we'll be adding additional employment support & service coordination resources to the Guidance & Tools section. These resources are currently in the publication process and will be added as they become available.
We're also finalizing the updated DVR Required Statewide Service Technical Specification Modules. While these videos are required for new provider staff, existing staff may also find them to be a valuable refresher. The updated modules will feature revised content, improved organization, and reflect the latest Technical Specification updates. They will also include a brand-new, non-service-specific module: Service Delivery Expectations.
