Website and Resource Updates for Service Providers
DVR has recently updated several provider-facing webpages and resources to improve navigation, organization, accessibility, and ease of use. These updates are intended to make information easier to locate and reduce duplication across provider webpages.
We encourage providers to review these updates and bookmark the revised pages for future reference.
SPQR Webpage Updates
The Service Provider Qualification Requirements (SPQR) webpages have been refreshed to improve organization and make information easier to locate. Updates include:
- A new Training Programs Recognized for SPQR webpage that consolidates recognized training programs that may be used to meet qualification requirements.
- Reorganized content and navigation on the main SPQR page for improved flow and usability.
- Minor corrections or updates to improve consistency and accuracy across materials.
Provider Training Webpage Updates
The Required Trainings webpage has been updated and renamed to Provider Trainings & Related Resources. Updates include:
- Reorganized training information for easier navigation.
- More clearly separated sections for required and optional trainings.
- Additional sections added for training-related resources and reference materials.
- Consolidation of training-related information previously located across multiple webpages.
I/TW Resource Updates
The Internship/Temporary Work (I/TW) Forms, Publications, and Resources webpage has also been refreshed and reorganized. Updates include:
Additional Website Improvements
To improve usability and reduce duplication across provider webpages:
- The Resources/Links page on the provider homepage has been updated and streamlined.
- A direct link to the Service Provider FAQ page has been added to the left navigation menu.
- Several links have been relocated to better align with their intended purpose and audience.
These changes are intended to create a more user-friendly experience and help providers quickly locate the information and resources they need.
