Grant Opportunity
The Wisconsin Board for People with Development Disabilities (BPDD) is offering a new grant opportunity for Supported Employment Service Providers.
BPDD is seeking providers interested in strengthening employer engagement practices and reducing reliance on Medicaid-funded job coaching supports for adults with disabilities.
Grant funds and technical assistance are available to support new or creative approaches such as, including:
- Improved job matching and customization
- Employer engagement strategies
- Systematic instruction
- Natural supports
- Paid coworker support options
Awardees can receive up to $6,500 to carry out specific capacity-building activities that reduce the need for publicly funded job supports.

Partners with Business Resources
Partners with Business is a best practice approach that helps Service Providers and employers support workers with disabilities through natural and co-worker supports. Partners with Business has been successfully implemented across Wisconsin and has shown strong outcomes in reducing the need for ongoing job coaching and strengthening employer engagement.
