2% Fire Dues Wisconsin Online System is Now Open January 7th thru March 31st

 

 

Today, January 7, 2019, Department of Safety & Professional Services has opened the 2% Fire Dues Self-Certification process.   The self-certification process must be completed by midnight (11:59:59 pm) March 31, 2019.

 

Prior to completing the self-certification form(s), please review & verify the information recorded for your department/municipality and update the information as necessary.

Deputy Cards for Fire Chief and Fire Inspectors cards

New Deputy Cards are accessed thru the Wisconsin’s Fire Program On-line System (Fire Dues application), the cards can be printed out and folded over on the center dotted line.  The Deputy Card link is found by clicking on Fire Department Chief in the Fire Dues on-line application.  The Inspector Card Sheet link is found by clicking on Lead Fire Inspector in the Fire Dues on-line application. Current cards expire on February 1, 2019.

 

Deputy Identification Card Under s.101.14(2)(a), Wis. Stats. and s. SPS 314.01(13) Wis. Adm. Code, the fire chief of the fire department in every city, village or town, except cities of first class, is a duly authorized deputy of the department.

 

Fire Inspector Identification Cards ID cards are issued annually by the fire chief to the designated fire inspectors.
