 Web Applications Transition Period
Some online functions of SabApp and Regulated Objects will be unavailable from Monday, October 22nd through Thursday, October 25th as we transition services to our upgraded system, the Electronic Safety and Licensing Application (eSLA).
***Credential systems will continue to accept new applications, however; they will not be processed until after the transition to eSLA is complete.***

Delegated Agent Application and Renewals: Commercial Building, Fire Suppression/Alarm Systems, Plumbing, POWTS, Elevator, Boiler, and Other.
POWTS Regulated Object: Component Manual, Individual Site Design, Soil Saturation Determination, Petition for Variance, Experimental System, Sanitary Permit, State-owned Privy Registration, Consultation, Component Manual Review, Miscellaneous Review.
Credential Processing for Manufactured Homes: Tilting, Installer, Manufacturer, Dealer, Salesperson, Community
Credential Processing for Regulated Trade: Dwelling Contractor, Dwelling Contractor Qualifier, Dwelling Contractor Restricted, Soil Erosion Inspector, Soil Tester, UDC-Inspection Agency, UDC-Construction Inspector, UDC-Electrical Inspector, UDC-HVAC Inspector, UDC-Plumbing Inspector.
