The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) - Division of Industry Services is providing this update to you on the status of the SPS 381-387 and 391(CR 17-065), relating to private onsite wastewater treatment systems (POWTS) and the Wisconsin Fund.
The proposed code package has been adopted and will be published in June 2018.

The effective date for the updated rules will be July 1, 2018. The rules may be accessed on our website here.
