Attention Building Officials and Contractors!
The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) - Division of Industry Services wishes to update you on the status of the SPS 361- 366 Commercial Building Code Package (CR 16-094). The proposed code package has been adopted and is awaiting publication.
The effective date for the updated rules will be May 1, 2018. Commercial plans submitted on or after May 1st will need to comply with the updated rules. The rules may be accessed on our website here or on the Legislative Reference Bureau’s (LRB) website here.
