CACFP Federal Rates of Reimbursement (ALL)

The USDA has adjusted the national payment rates for meals and snacks served in the CACFP to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index.  

The DPI has revised Guidance Memorandum 2 and C (FDCH): CACFP Reimbursement Rates to reflect these adjustments. The new reimbursement rates are effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Child and Adult Care: GM 2: CACFP Reimbursement Rates - Effective July 1, 2026.

Family Day Care: GM C: CACFP Reimbursement Rates - Effective July 1, 2026.

REMINDER: Claim Submission Deadlines: Federal regulations impose a claim submission deadline of 60 calendar days after the last day of the month for which the claim applies. For DPI’s CACFP Claim Submission Deadlines visit Claim Submission Deadlines.

ALL: Applies to all types

The abbreviation key identifies each type of program in the CACFP. Each section above identifies who the information applies to when implementing the CACFP. If your type of program is not listed in a section, it does not apply.
