Provider Appreciation Day© 2026 is being celebrated today, Friday, May 8. This special day honors childcare providers, teachers, and educators for the essential role they play in supporting children and families. Observed each year on the Friday before Mother’s Day, it recognizes those who provide critical care, education, and guidance to children and working families throughout the community.
