Fluency Doesn’t Just Happen Virtual Series
Join Wisconsin Math Council (WMC) for a dynamic professional learning series beginning on October 22 and led by Ann Elise Record. The series is designed to deepen educators’ understanding of mathematical fluency and enhance instructional practices across grade levels. Mathematical Proficiency for Every Student (MPES) Conference, Milwaukee Cultivating Inclusive Mathematics Instruction
Cultivating Inclusive Mathematics Instruction is the theme of WMC’s fall MPES Conference taking place in Milwaukee. This conference will empower educators to create inclusive mathematics classrooms by exploring the teacher’s role in supporting diverse learners, identifying strategies that honor students’ unique mathematical thinking, and discovering actionable ways to collaborate and leverage collective expertise for meaningful instructional impact. Fab Lab Grant Opportunity
The Fabrication Laboratory Grant Program, sponsored by the WI Economic Development Corporation, has a continuous application process to support hands-on STEAM education by assisting Wisconsin public school districts with purchases of equipment used for instructional and educational purposes in fab labs.
