Value-added Wood Manufacturing Industry Survey Results

The Forest Products Services program conducted a survey to update the Wisconsin Wood Using Industry Directory, assess the impact of the value-added wood industry on Wisconsin’s economy, and develop an understanding of educational and training needs within this sector.

Timber Product Output Project

The Forest Products Services program mailed surveys to the majority of Wisconsin's primary wood-using firms in April to gather information, including the total number of firms and employees in the sector, roundwood consumption, and the utilization of residues.
