The President of the United States has proclaimed that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff nationwide as a mark of respect for Associate Justice John Paul Stevens.
In accordance with this proclamation, please ensure that the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin are flown at half-staff at all state facilities beginning at sunrise Tuesday, July 23, 2019, and ending at sunset on that date.
