MyACCESS Mobile App Instructions Available
As a reminder, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families launched the MyACCESS mobile app today. With the MyACCESS mobile app, people are be able to:
- See a high-level overview of the programs they applied for or are enrolled in.
- Receive reminders of actions they need to take or verification documents they need to submit.
- Take photos of and submit required documents.
- Check the real-time status of submitted documents.
The MyACCESS Mobile App Instructions, P-02297, which provides an overview of some of the features of the app, is available as a resource for partners helping applicants or members use the app.
