ETF's My Benefits Portal: New and Upcoming Features
As part of modernization efforts to improve online self-service for members and employers, ETF launches new and upcoming online systems within the My Benefits portal. Get to know these features below.
Non-retired WRS members can now view, download, and print their Annual Statement of Benefits dating back to 2012. ETF redesigned this year's statement with improvements based from member feedback.
This new online system allows members eligible for insurance through ETF to manage their insurance plans. It is already available to employees of the Universities of Wisconsin and state agencies that are part of STAR under the Department of Administration. All other members will get access in July 2026.
My Benefits houses different forms that WRS members can fill out and submit securely online. Currently, users may complete their disability estimate request. Additional forms will be added soon.

Featured WRS Member: Marianne Rauls
“I became a public servant initially to secure employment in the school district where my husband worked. I find working for the public keeps me connected and allows me to give back to the community. Working in public service has also provided me a great opportunity to raise a family. My children saw first-hand how important public servants are to the community and the world in which we live. As someone with a visible role in the community, I have learned to expect that people will approach me with questions, concerns, or positive feedback. Being able to respond to people or get them to the proper resources is something I enjoy. I love the community connection and the feeling that it is not just a job, but a service for the greater good.”
