Our Website Has a New Look
We’re excited to announce that PTVanpool.com has a new look! The site has been updated with you in mind and we hope that you will enjoy an improved online experience.
All the features you’re familiar with are still available on the site and should look familiar to you. We’ve added a few extra features that will streamline how you interact with Pierce Transit Vanpool online. You can now sign up, search for active vanpool groups, join or start a vanpool, and submit a withdrawal notice directly at PTVanpool.com.
Here is a preview of the new features you will find at PTVanpool.com:

New Home Page | Select Sign In and enter the same email and password you use now to access the site.

New Vanpool Dashboard | After signing in you will be directed to the new Vanpool Dashboard. From here, you can still make a fare payment and access our vanpool resources. New users can start a new group or join an active vanpool as part of the simplified online onboarding process.

New My Account Page | The refreshed My Account page has a few new features, including Match Alerts, Request List, Vanpool Agreement, and Withdrawal Notice. You can now enable match alerts, submit a request to join a vanpool, and complete a withdrawal notice directly on the site.

New Forms | As an active vanpooler, you have already completed all the required forms for our program. New users will find the Vanpool Application & Agreement form is now available on the site. If you ever need to leave vanpool, withdrawal notices can be submitted online under the My Account tab.

Start Vanpooling | It’s now easier than ever to recruit new riders to your vanpool. Simply provide them with your Group Identification Number (GIN) and direct them to select Start Vanpooling at PTVanpool.com. The site will walk them through the simplified onboarding process.

Find a Vanpool | New and existing users can now search our fleet of active vanpool groups and submit a request to join a group that matches their commute. The Find a Vanpool feature is available on the home page and the Commute Match tab after sign in.
