High winter water table review 2025-2026 season

High winter water table season is here. Please prepare your sites and submit Onsite Sewage applications as soon as possible. If you don’t submit early enough, we may need to extend your review to the following review season. We require inspection ports for an accurate review. New year, new fees.

On Dec. 3, 2025, Tacoma-Pierce County Board of Health adopted the proposed 2026 Fee Schedule (Resolution No. 2025-4903). The 2026 rates go into effect Jan. 1, 2026.

You can view the 2026 rates for our On-Site Sewage, Individual Well and Water Resources on our fee schedule.

We review our fees each year to ensure we:

• Cover our costs.
• Meet the needs of our community, customers, and industry partners.
• Are fiscally responsible with public funds.
