Connect existing applications to your new online account.

We transferred to our new permitting software, Accela, over the weekend. You may experience slower processing times as we adapt to our new system. Thank you for your patience.

You can now access the new system and find guidance and current processing times on our website. 

Need to access existing online applications?

To link existing applications from EnvisionConnect to your new Accela account:

  • Create an account in Accela.
  • Send an email to ehsepticsystems@tpchd.org.
  • List “ACA Link My Account” in the subject line.
  • We will link your active online applications and notify you when they are connected.
