Make sure you meet these requirements:

Tank design and site plan

• Septic designs and site plans that include placing tanks must include the make and model of the proposed tank(s). Installers must refer to designers before they substitute tanks at installation.

Final call in

• Designers should specify any changes they encounter at stub-out inspection when they call in for final inspection.

Repair design applications

• Designers should specify the nature of the failure on repair design applications.

Wells

• Label wells as “proposed” or “existing” and “public” or “individual” wells as appropriate on designs and site plans. You can find public well information on CVWeb.
