It’s time to renew your certifications for 2023.

To better serve you, our customers, we improved the renewal process to be more efficient. Rather than wait for paper forms in the mail, you can download your renewal form(s) online at tpchd.org/healthy-homes/septic-systems/information-for-professionals. 

You can complete the application(s) electronically and print the form(s) at your convenience. All applications and fees are due by Feb. 15, 2023. Submit them by mail:

You can also drop off completed forms and fees at our front counter. 

Do you prefer to receive paper forms instead?
