Permit Financial Relief for Pierce County Food Establishments

Food Establishment Operator:

Similar to last year, we are adjusting how we collect permit fees to help food establishments, some of which are struggling to make it through the pandemic.

Extended due date.

All facilities have 60 extra days to pay for permits. We moved the due date from Feb. 1 to April 1, 2022.

Waived late fees.

Facilities closed in 2022 because of COVID-19 can request a late fee waiver until they reopen.
